A holistic, one-on-one session designed to go deeper into your body, mind, and energy. Includes a full intake, followed by a tailored combination of yoga, meditation, pranayama, Reiki, and energy work. Practices are sequenced to release physical, emotional, and energetic patterns, leaving you restored and balanced.
