My Mission

I want to help you explore and reconnect with your full self. Through this process, we gently peel away the layers of who we are not, release what no longer serves us, and support deep healing, so that you can arrive back home in your body, reconnecting with your true inner power and wellbeing.

get to know me

My own practice has taught me how to find home within myself, and over time I felt a deep calling to share this with others, to create a safe space to be seen, heard, and supported. Even in a chaotic world, we always have the choice to return to peace, to return to steadiness within.

I support emotional wellbeing and nervous system healing through yoga therapy, somatic awareness, intuitive movement, breathwork, and meditation. My work is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and return to a more embodied, grounded way of being.

​

But healing does not stop at the nervous system. True wellbeing also begins at a cellular level. Through education around cellular health and essential nutrients like omega-3, I help you support your body from the inside out, because lasting health starts with healthy cells.

And for those who feel called to share this work more deeply, I also offer mentorship and guidance in building a meaningful, purpose-driven business. A path where healing, impact, and freedom can exist together,  allowing you to create income while helping others reconnect with their health.

Healing is not about becoming someone new; it is a gentle remembering of who you truly are. If what I offer can help you come home to yourself , and perhaps build something aligned along the way , it is my calling to do so.

I hold a Master’s in Yoga Therapy, where I focused on applying the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda to support healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. I specialize in therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle practices that help manage stress, support chronic conditions, and nurture overall wellbeing. Through my online programs and classes, I integrate these teachings to guide you toward balance, harmony, and self-discovery.

As a 200-hour certified yoga and meditation trainer, I am dedicated to help individuals find inner peace and balance through the practice of yoga and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I offer personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your wellness goals. As a vegan nutritionist, I believe that a healthy gut is the foundation of holistic wellbeing. By incoporating plant-based foods rich in fiber, prebiotics, and probiotics, we can support the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and improve digestion. As the gut so called is our second brain it is very important to take care of it for our holistic health.
