This is a space where you are invited to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
A space where you don’t have to keep functioning, but can begin to notice what is really present in your body and mind.

This journey is not about pushing, fixing, or becoming better.
It’s about gently learning how to work with your nervous system, your body, and your inner experience.

Together, we create a supportive and grounded process, where you can explore what is showing up for you, whether that is stress, overwhelm, disconnection, relationship patterns, or a deeper sense of imbalance like burnout or depression.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a guided experience that meets you where you are and moves at a pace that feels safe and realistic for your system.

The Program Journey

A structured path, at your own pace

This program is designed as a self-paced online journey that you can move through in your own time.
Each nervous system is different, some may need more time, more repetition, or more space to feel safe and integrate the work.
You are invited to go gently, to pause when needed, and to truly listen to your body throughout the process.

The program is supported by a wide range of video practices, guiding you step by step through awareness, regulation, and deeper connection.
These videos are designed to be simple, practical, and easy to return to in your daily life.

If you choose for the Guided Journey program, we will meet in a personal 1:1 sessions, either online or in person in Havelte.
These sessions are here to support your individual process, answer questions, go even deeper into your healing journey, and help you integrate the work in a way that truly fits you.

Before starting the program, we will have a short get-to-know-each-other call.
This is a space to connect, explore your needs, and feel into whether this journey is the right fit for both of us.

The program is divided into five modules, guiding you step by step from awareness to deeper regulation, restoration, and expansion.
Each stage builds on the previous one, while still allowing flexibility to return, repeat, and explore at your own pace.

You don’t need to move through it perfectly or quickly.
What matters most is that you stay connected to your body and move in a way that feels safe and supportive for your system.

Module Description

Foundation

This foundation phase helps you understand your nervous system from a deeper perspective. Before we begin any practice, we create clarity around what is happening in your body and why you may feel the way you do. This stage is about awareness, education, and preparing your system for the journey ahead. You are not asked to change anything yet, only to begin understanding yourself with more softness and awareness.

Restoration

In this stage, the focus shifts from regulating your system to gently restoring your connection with yourself. As your nervous system begins to feel safer, there is more space to reconnect with your emotions, needs, intuition, and inner experience. This phase supports deeper healing by helping you rebuild trust in your body and create a stronger sense of inner safety. Instead of only surviving, you begin to soften, recover, and feel more like yourself again.

Awareness

In this stage, you begin to slow down and observe your inner world with more clarity. Instead of reacting automatically, you learn to notice your patterns, sensations, and stress responses as they arise. This creates the first real space between stimulus and reaction. From this space, change becomes possible, not through force, but through awareness.

Connection

In this final stage, you begin to bring everything you have learned into your relationships and daily life. As your nervous system becomes more regulated and connected, you can start opening to others without losing yourself in the process. This stage explores connection, boundaries, emotional openness, and secure relationships from an embodied perspective. You learn how to stay connected to yourself while also creating deeper and safer connections with the world around you.

Regulation

This stage is about learning how to actively support your nervous system. You move from awareness into gentle regulation through the body, breath, and sensory experience. You begin to discover what helps your system feel safe, grounded, and more balanced. Over time, you build your own personal regulation toolkit that you can return to in daily life.​​​​

Expansion

In this final stage, you begin to expand your capacity to move through life with more flexibility, resilience, and trust. Instead of constantly managing or avoiding stress, you learn how to stay connected and grounded while experiencing different levels of activation and energy. This stage is about integrating everything you have learned and bringing it into everyday life in a sustainable way. You begin to experience more freedom, openness, and confidence in your ability to navigate life from a regulated and embodied place.

The Online Learning Environment

The program takes place inside a calm and easy-to-follow online learning environment, designed to support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.

Each stage of the journey is carefully structured and guided step by step through educational videos, somatic practices, nervous system tools, reflections, and supportive exercises. You can move through the program entirely at your own pace and return to practices whenever your body needs them.

The platform is created to feel supportive, grounding, and accessible, so you always know where you are in the process without feeling pressure to move quickly. Some practices may resonate immediately, while others may take more time. Both are completely okay.

Alongside the educational content, you will find a library of regulation practices that support different nervous system states such as overwhelm, overthinking, shutdown, restlessness, or fatigue. This allows you to choose the support that best matches what you need in the moment.

The combination of self-paced learning, embodied video practices, and personal guidance creates a journey that is both structured and deeply personal.

A gentle but deep journey back to regulation, safety, and connection

This program is designed for people who feel ready to truly understand and support their nervous system on a deeper level.
It is not a quick fix, but a gradual and embodied process that helps you move from survival and overwhelm toward more calm, connection, and inner stability.

Over the course of the journey, you will learn how to work with your body instead of against it. Through education, somatic practices, nervous system regulation tools, and personal guidance, you begin to create lasting change from the inside out.

In +/-  6 months, you will gradually build more regulation, inner safety, body connection, and a more flexible and resilient nervous system.

Personalised onboarding & intake process
If we both feel it's a good match, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire exploring your goals, challenges, patterns, health history, and current nervous system state. This is followed by a comprehensive intake session (±1.5 hours) where we create a personalised roadmap for your journey.

5 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions
After each module, we meet in a private coaching session (online or in person in Havelte) to reflect, integrate, and personalise the work. These sessions provide space to explore your unique patterns, celebrate progress, and receive guidance tailored to your nervous system.

Email support throughout the program
Questions, reflections, or moments of uncertainty are a natural part of the process. Between sessions, you can reach out via email for additional support and guidance.
