After completing my official training as a CMT and YTT at Soder World Academy of Healing Art in Hinsdale IL. I have been traveling extensively and learned many valuable lessons within my experiences.
I have continued to learn and grow, and have also completed two levels of CircusYoga Teacher Training. In addition, I have attended numerous workshops at Green Mountain Insititute for Integrative Healing in Bennington VT and Thai Body Works at Evanston IL. I have completed over 800hrs of bodywork education through my trainings thus far.
All of the massage techniques, yoga styles and expressions of the creative force are part of my ever expanding practice in the healing arts.
